Privacy Policy
Who we are
Fantazy Arena is a community platform for Fortnite players, run by its Founder and Council. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who else sees it, and the choices you have. Fantazy Arena is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games.
What we collect
- Account details you give: display name, Epic Games name, country and city, platforms and input, birth year, and optionally email, WhatsApp number and a profile photo.
- What you do on the platform: cups entered, results, Glory, teams, chat messages, notifications, wallet lines and requests.
- Linked accounts you choose to connect (Epic Games, Discord, Twitch): their public name and id.
- Technical data needed to keep you signed in and safe: a session cookie, your browser's user agent, and push-notification subscriptions if you turn them on.
- A one-way scrambled identifier of your device (it cannot be turned back into your device) so we can spot several accounts used by one person and ban evasion. Your internet address is used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with your account.
Signing in and linking with Epic Games
When you choose "Continue with Epic Games", you are sent to Epic's own page, and we never see your Epic password. After you agree, Epic gives us only your basic profile: your account ID, display name, language and the display names of your linked accounts. We use it to prove the account is yours, to match results and prizes to you, and to keep the platform fair. You can change the linked account in Settings, or ask the Council to remove the link.
How we use it
- To run cups and match results and prizes to the right player.
- To contact you about your cups, rewards and account, in the app, by push notification, and on WhatsApp or Instagram if you use them with us.
- To keep the platform fair and safe (for example Epic name history and device checks to catch ban evasion and duplicate accounts).
- To show public profiles, leaderboards and share images. You choose what others see on your profile in Settings.
What we share
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed: your Epic name with Epic Games when gifting, payout details with the payment method you choose, and messages sent through our WhatsApp and Instagram gateway. Push notifications pass through your browser's or phone's push service. Public pages show what your privacy settings allow.
Where your data is kept
Your data is stored in a database on a server run by the platform, with regular backups. Traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare, which helps deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and store small preferences (language, sounds) on your device. There are no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active, and cup results and rankings as part of the platform's history. Sign-in sessions and one-time codes expire automatically. To see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, contact the Council; some records (results, payouts) may be kept where needed for fairness or accounting.
Children
The platform is for players aged 13 and over.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is at the bottom of this page.
